fbaje Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These T&C apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, payment transactions, and customer support interactions conducted through the fbaje platform at fbaje.vu. They apply to players accessing fbaje from Bangladesh and all other permitted jurisdictions. These terms should be read alongside the fbaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.

fbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of fbaje after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the T&C periodically to remain informed of the current version.

To register and maintain an active account on fbaje, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. fbaje strictly enforces this age limit and will request documentary proof of age where there is any doubt.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Registration by companies, organisations, or automated systems is not permitted. Each natural person may hold only one fbaje account.
• You must not be accessing fbaje from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to verify local legal requirements before registering.
• You must not be a self-excluded player, either through the fbaje responsible gaming system or through any third-party exclusion scheme that fbaje participates in. Self-excluded players who attempt to register new accounts will have those accounts closed without notice.

fbaje may verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any time may result in immediate account suspension pending further review.

fbaje processes financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. fbaje does not impose a standard maximum deposit cap, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to the player's fbaje account in real time, subject to successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to clear, depending on interbank processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may not be able to process withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Standard withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are processed within approximately 15 minutes for amounts within normal transaction parameters.
• All funds deposited into a player's fbaje account must come from a payment source registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will be rejected and returned where possible.

fbaje does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — may apply their own service charges independently of fbaje. These charges are outside fbaje's control and are the responsibility of the player.

The following rules govern all real-money gameplay and betting activity conducted on fbaje:

• All bets placed on fbaje are final once confirmed. fbaje does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error by fbaje itself is subsequently identified and confirmed.
• All casino games available on fbaje use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game supplier. The RNG systems of fbaje's provider partners are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. fbaje does not modify or influence the results of any game.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded in fbaje's system logs shall be the definitive record. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays on the affected round. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, fbaje reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the player's balance accordingly.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled differently from expected in circumstances outside fbaje's control, including but not limited to: match abandonment, mid-game rule changes, force majeure events, or data-feed errors. In such circumstances, fbaje's settlement decision is final subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or evading a previous account closure.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated systems to interact with fbaje games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. fbaje is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any legal investigation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbaje staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media directed at fbaje representatives.

fbaje's determination of prohibited conduct is final. Where fbaje determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any remedial action it considers appropriate, including the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

fbaje provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaje excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied. In particular:

• fbaje is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether such losses are foreseeable or not.
• fbaje is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay or betting services caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events outside fbaje's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
• Where fbaje is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the platform, fbaje's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fbaje account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits fbaje's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
